50 Degrees and a 20+ mph wind blowing out meant two things.
The Cubs were going to get rocked and balls were going to be sailing
out of Wrigley ..... bet the over !!!
First inning Chris Young sent a fastball ? 450 ft across Waveland where
Ken scrambled to make the scoop . Then much later in the game , with
the Cubs now down 7-0 , Eric Byrnes hit a pitch across Waveland one
hopping the house formerly know as the Budweiser building . Old timer
Rich had the first shot at the prize , reaching through the fence with his
glove , however the ball somehow made it back through - off his shoulder-
then slipping by Ken , finally finding its way into my glove
